A full congratulations from me and from JESS3 -- Jesse says hello and that he is feeling your design as well :) I am currently helping my own company go through a similar process (New Media Strategies; design a la JESS3) and wanted to let you know how inspiring what you have done is. We have been kicking around a number of similar ideas and then someone said: have you seen what Viget has done? Boo-ya. You all definitely get it.
